Welcome to the Ouachita Baptist University Athletic Bands website!
For more than 100 years the Ouachita Baptist University Athetic Bands have been an exciting public face for the college campus and the City of Arkadelphia. Today student's can participate in a wide varitey of ensembles from the marching field to the performance stage.
OBU BANDS are in the center of campus life....concerts, social gatherings, University activities, & athletic events! Whether it is the Tiger
Marching Band performing during Halftime at a Tiger Football Game; the “Tiger Jam” Basketball Pep Band performing from the floor of SPEC;
the Wind Ensemble presenting a concert of Feature works; the OBU Jazz Band swinging in Verser Hall; or “Tiger Blast” blowing the roof
off of JPAC: The Ouachita Baptist University Band program offers a wealth of opportunities both to the performer and the audience.
All Athletic Bands are open to any students currently registered at Ouachita Baptist University. If you are interested in any of the
ensembles, you should come to one of our upcoming performances and see for yourself if participation in our groups is for you!
